To our customers,
We’ve been serving Canadians for more than 100 years and have seen how gas stations are at the heart of many communities, all across the country. In difficult times, they can be places that communities rely on, providing essentials, such as fuel, food and other necessities.
As COVID-19 continues to impact communities across Canada, we want to assure you that we are taking all appropriate precautions to keep you, our customers, and our sales associates safe.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning at our service stations. Inside the store, we are ensuring that all surfaces are sanitized frequently and that our sales associates give you friendly and speedy service to limit your time in the store.
We also understand that you may wish to limit interactions at this time and practice safe social distancing. With Shell, you can do so by downloading the Shell app and paying with Shell EasyPay at participating locations or by using pre-pay at the pumps, or pay-through window at those sites that have this service.
We are closely monitoring new developments regarding COVID-19 in our efforts to ensure our service stations remain clean and as safe as possible for everyone.
