1. Car wash Subscription Service
   The car wash subscription product, exclusively available through the Shell App in Canada, is a service that offers Shell customers easy and regular access to car wash services. To utilize this subscription, customers must use the Shell App. Upon subscribing, users can benefit from a car wash service limited to one use per day, with a monthly cap based on the days in the billing cycle. Please note that if a daily car wash service is not used, it cannot be saved or carried over to be used on another day.
2. Limitation of the Service
   Any unused car wash cannot be transferred or recouped
   The car wash subscription service is only available for use at participating Shell Canada locations
   Service may be suspended due to inclement weather
   
3. About the Subscription
   Your car wash subscription will continue until terminated. To use the car wash subscription service you must have Shell App and Internet access, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).
   
4. Billing and Cancellation
   Billing Cycle. The subscription renews automatically each month using the user-selected payment method. The service is designed with an auto-renewal feature that renews the subscription monthly and processes the payment on behalf of the customer.The fee for the car wash Subscription service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you signed up for the service. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit Shell App and click on the "Billing details" link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of subscription or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it for up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register.
   
   Payment Methods. To use the car wash subscription service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. The service restricts payment methods for the car wash subscription to only cards on file, excluding gift cards, loyalty program points (i.e AIR MILES®), and electronic wallets like ApplePay. Users are responsible for managing and maintaining their payment method and are liable for any fees incurred by other institutions (e.g., bank overdraft fees).
   
   In case of any failed payment, there is a grace period of two days for users to address the issue. During this period, users will not be able to use the car wash service until the payment issue is rectified. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
   
   Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
   
   Cancellation. You can cancel your car wash subscription service at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unavailed unavailable car washes. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click "Billing details" on the "Account" page.
   
   Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
5. Loyalty and Promotions
   The car wash subscription service is not just about convenience, but it also includes perks in the form of loyalty rewards. Subscribers can enjoy monthly discounts, as well as discounted pricing for a certain period. Exclusive offers are also available to subscribed users, and they can also earn AIR MILES® (AM) points for subscription-based transactions. However, any discounts or offers associated with the subscription will cease when the subscription is cancelled.
   
6. Miscellaneous
   Customers are reminded to abide by the terms and conditions of the car wash subscription service, accessible within the Shell App.
   To use the car wash Subscription, users must accept the latest terms on the Shell App. The terms cover the functionalities and limitations of the car wash subscription product, and they are subject to change.

This pass is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Passes will not be replaced. This Pass is redeemable for FIVE (5), or TEN (10), or TWENTY (20) touchless or soft touch Ultimate car washes as selected by customer at time of purchase, at participating Shell car wash locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario only. It has an expiry date of 1 calendar year (365 days) from date of first use in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
