Free Trial of a Shell Wind Product

Promotion Period:

January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Eligibility:

Open only to Shell Lubricant Solutions customers and prospects who: (i) are owners of or employed by businesses located in the United States (the “U.S.”) or Canada; (ii) are in good standing with Shell Lubricants through the dates the offer is awarded and fulfilled; and (iii) did not participate in the previous Shell Wind Product Portfolio Promotion (“Participant”).

Offer:

The “Offer” consists of Shell transformer oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, greases, and/or coolants to flush and fill up to a maximum of four (4) wind turbine gearboxes, subject to Shell Lubricant Solutions Representative determination.

How it Works:

To participate in the offer, Participant must send an email to Sara Alaeinejad at Sara.Alaeinejad@shell.com and guarantee in the email that the main gearbox of the wind turbine has been maintained in accordance with the recommendations of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”), and used under normal operating conditions. Participant must provide Shell Lubricant Solutions with proper documentation and records to verify such maintenance and operating conditions, if necessary, as determined by Shell Lubricants in its sole and absolute discretion. Once Participant shares interest, Participant must confirm oil compatibility with Shell Lubricant Solutions prior to flushing and filling with Shell transformer oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, greases, and/or coolants to receive the offer.

Terms and Conditions: All email requests to the email mentioned above must be received by December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (“CT”). Limit one (1) offer per Participant. By accepting the offer, Participant agrees to provide six (6) oil analysis samples and sample reports, once the flush (if applicable) and fill of one (1) wind turbine gearbox with Shell transformer oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, greases, and/or coolants is complete, along with performance data and any other relevant data as determined by Shell Lubricant Solutions in its sole discretion. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of flush and fill of one (1) wind turbine gearbox is $10,800.00 USD / $13,878.00 CAD. The maximum ARV of the offer per Participant is $43,200.00 USD / $55,513.52 CAD. All federal, provincial, municipal, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Participant. All determinations will be made by Shell Lubricant Solutions in its sole and absolute discretion. Shell Lubricant Solutions reserves the right to cancel, rescind, modify, or extend this offer, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.
